An unlawful assembly is when 3 or more people gather with the intent to disturb the peace or provoke others to do so. Exception: gathering to protect a home from intruders is not unlawful.
Entering or remaining on property with intent to commit an offence, or to intimidate, insult or annoy the occupant is criminal trespass. Punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment.
